Your contribution to the optimism playlist?
“You Say” by Lauren Daigle
Why did you pick this song? What does it do for you?
The first time I heard this song, I loved it. It’s an uplifting feel-good anthem for anyone who has ever doubted themselves, their abilities, their talents, their worthiness, their contributions to this world or been marginalized in any way. And who among us has not? It’s a wonderful reminder that we aren’t alone in this human experience. There is a higher power guiding us whether you call that God, Jesus or any other expression of faith or belief system. We are seen in ways that we can’t always see ourselves and are loved unconditionally, warts and all. I find that comforting!
Anything else you want to say?
I encourage everyone to share their awesomeness with the world. We need it. Thank you to my decades-long friend, Lilli, for helping people do just that!
Where can we find you?
Well, I’m working on this. Or hiding from it. Or somewhere in between. For now, find me on Facebook and someday perhaps on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
We put our bodies on a diet. Why not our brains? This is the motivation for our optimism playlist.
Here’s proof that optimism rules. That it’s good for business. And music, of course, improves health and well being.
